Description

Throop Mill is located on the banks of the River Stour and now forms part of the Stour Valley Way. The Stour Valley Way is a 64 mile walking route that follows much of the course of the River Stour through Throop down to Christchurch Harbour.

Throop Mill is a four storey Grade II Listed flour Mill. It is a traditional water mill being fed by a mill stream tapped off the River Stour. We understand that the building has remained unused 1974

The accommodation comprises 11 rooms arranged over four floors with a Gross internal floor area of approximately 5,588 sq.ft. (519 sq.m.)

The property could be suitable for a range of commercial uses but there could also be potential to convert the accommodation into residential.

We understand that there have been some discussions with BCP council about changing the route of the pathway that currently runs behind the Mill.
