RESIDENTIAL TENANT CHARGES

Replacement Key               Actual cost as per invoice/receipt

Late rent                               Interest at 3% over base rate is charged from day one if rent is not paid within 14 days of due date

Variation to lease               £50 or reasonable costs (the greater)

Early termination                Costs associated with early termination when requested by the tenant

Tenancy breach                 The landlord will claim for costs/damages as a result of a breach of the tenancy

Holding deposit                  One weeks rent – where applicable

Tenancy deposit                5 weeks rent
